The Valley Park development is a joint venture with the landowner, the Department of Health and Human Services. Frasers undertook the design of the entire estate including roads to be vested in council and all services constructed to Authority standards.

Sixteen house types vary in accommodation from one to five bedrooms and therefore respond to a range of purchaser needs.

 

A restricted material palette has ensured a sense of design consistency through the development, notwithstanding the variety in house types.

               

The northern part of the project consists of 210 houses, of which DHHS has retained 75 for tenant occupation. DHHS houses have been integrated throughout the estate, and are visually consistent with houses offered for sale to the private market.

 

It is intended that the strategy of integration will be beneficial to all residents of the development.
