Lyndarum North is a long term ongoing development in Melbourne's north, and is planned to ultimately include a secondary school, a railway station and a major town centre.

A range of lot sizes has been developed, and AVJennings has focussed on constructing built form to smaller lots, encompassing both stand alone and attached housing.

Stand alone product has included both three- and four-bedroom house types, with single and double garages respectively.

Single storey attached housing has also been designed, offering two-and three-bedroom configurations. The elevational treatment is intended to make a strong graphical statement, as these lots can be viewed from a significant distance.

Later stages of the project will include a higher proportion of attached housing, due to planning requirements for increased density in the northern portion of the project with proximity to the proposed town centre.
