Eyre at Penfield is a significant and ongoing project located approximately 35km north of Adelaide CBD.

Limited stand alone plan types used in conjunction with a variety of facade treatments ensure streetscape variety, and integrate seamlessly with housing product sourced from external builders.

Development conditions require a minimum of 15% affordable housing be provided through the project as a whole. This requirement will be addressed in future stages by offering smaller attached rear-loaded housing product in both two- and three-bedroom configurations.​​​​​​​​
